Privacy Policy of the Client
Syncmatic has made sure all the clients who they work with sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) so that the data is kept very private between Syncmatic and the client.
MNDA is renewed on a yearly basis to make sure the client is aware of the MNDA with Syncmatic and Syncmatic is strongly adhering and following the rules set by the clients.
Before any employee starts off with his job. At every stage of employment there needs to be a privacy policy signed by the employee and Syncmatic.
The privacy policy is maintained, renewed, improved and overseen by the Syncmatic HR team. The leadership team has a timely audit to make sure the client is well aware of how it is being tracked. All the privacy policies are well maintained and documented.
Process Policy
Process Set up: Process set up is done by the leadership team based on the experience in the respective field. Process is determined based on the amount of work and workforce available. Keeping a good balance of workload among the employees.
Process Execution: Process execution is done after a careful review of the deliverables, amount of time and resource availability. Process is monitored on a daily basis to see if there is any improvement required. The feedback from the employees is also a major factor to enhance the process
Process Quality: Syncmatic has resources who can support the process set up and improvement on a timely basis based on the expertise. By monitoring the KPI’s of employees the leadership team will assign the workforce in the levels of the complexity.
Quality Policy
Quality Management: The quality management is managed by the quality department of Syncmatic Consulting Services
Quality Assurance: The quality assurance can be taken care of by conducting training on a timely basis to the employees.
Quality Control: All the deliverables are monitored and made sure it is up to the client's requirement. This is overlooked by the team leaders by giving feedback to the employees. Quality leaders also focus on the feedback getting by the service customers and educating this to the employees on a timely basis.
